Ingredients
- 750 grams of deep-fried or oven baked fries
- 80 grams of ERU Prestige Tube
- 350 grams of minced meat
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoon of paprika
- 0.5 tablespoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- 15 grams of fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 red pepper

- Preheat your oven or deep fryer.
- Chop the onion and finely chop the red pepper and flat leaf parsley.

- Finish the potato fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and the minced meat.
- Add the paprika and garlic powder.
- Add the season minced meat to your finished fries and top it off with ERU Prestige Tube.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of parsley and red pepper.
