Focaccia with brie and smoked chicken

Ingredients
- 50 grams beet greens
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 big focaccia bread
- 100 grams ERU Crème de Brie
- 200 grams smoked chicken breast

Preparation| 10 min
- Wash the beet greens.
- Halve the tomatoes.
- Mix the tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Grill them in a grill pan or in an oven heated to 210 °C until the skin has cracked.
Method| 5 min
- Slice the bread into 4 triangles and halve.
- Spread 8 pieces of bread with ERU Crème de Brie.
- Lie 4 pieces of bread with the cheese side up.
- Top the bread with the smoked chicken and beet greens.
- Divide the grilled cherry tomatoes over the top.
- Top with the remaining 4 pieces of bread with the cheese side down.
