Pasta with salmon and ERU Crème de Brie

Ingredients
- 400 grams fettuccine
- 1 courgette
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 200 grams ERU Crème de Brie
- 400 grams smoked salmon
Preparation| 5 min
- Cook the fettuccine according to the instructions found on the packaging.
- Use a vegetable peeler to peel the courgette lengthwise into ribbons.
- Slice the onion.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Method| 15 min
- Heat some olive oil over a medium heat and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the courgette ribbons to the pan.
- Add ERU Crème de Brie, mix everything well and allow to melt.
- Drain the fettuccine and stir into the mixture in the pan.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and mix again.
- Serve the pasta in a bowl and top with the smoked salmon.
