Turkish bread with grilled tomato and mortadella
This luxurious Turkish bread sandwich with mortadella has a surprising Mediterranean flavour of olives and tomatoes. Delicious for lunch or with a high tea.

Ingredients
- 4 roma tomatoes
- ½ Turkish bread
- 100 grams ERU Balans Tomato and Olive
- 200 grams mortadella
- 20 grams rocket cress
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation| 10 min
- Thickly slice the tomatoes.
- Spread the slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill pan and grill the tomatoes until there are nice stripes on both sides.
- Halve the Turkish bread lengthwise and halve both pieces.

- Spread the pieces of bread with ERU Balans Tomato and Olive.
- Divide the grilled tomato over the bread.
- Then top with the mortadella and garnish with rocket cress.
